Althea'sBeach House is the ideal location for your next getaway just steps to the beachand close enough to hear the waves crashing!   This three story home features over 3000 square feet of space featuringan updated kitchen, beautiful decor, several balconies plus a tranquil pathwayto the nearby beach boardwalk.  Onceinside the house you many never want to leave as there is never a dull moment!  From sitting on your balcony watching the sunor moon rise over the horizon or if you are lucky enough, a rocket launch, to relaxingin the living area with an electric fireplace, possibly strolling the beach atsunset, or the excitement of riding the waves just outside your door.   This home really has it all.  Electric Car Charger (240 volt-Nema 14-50outlet), second refrigerator/freezer in garage, hair dryer, iron, keurig coffeepot (plus 1 large/1 small coffee pot), and even a beach wagon

Beachaccess - there is a pathway through the backyard that leads directly to aparking area and a boardwalk to the beach. Drive on access is located just oneblock north of the home (4x4 recommended and sometimes required).

- Thehome has many stairs and no elevator.

- Allbedrooms have TVs.

- Thereis a loft setup as an office/game room on the third floor between bothbedrooms. It has ocean views, a desk & chair, and a card table.

- Mustbe at least 25 years or older to rent. Primary renter must be present duringentire stay.

- Petsare strictly prohibited.
