Policies for our Vacation Rentals

Like much of the country, we are ready to resume life and embrace the new norm. Guest and staff safety is a top priority for the team at Sunshine Realty. We are ready to help families plan a safe and much-needed summer beach vacation with confidence.
Private, professionally managed vacation rental homes and condominiums are a great choice to practice social distancing and enjoy time with loved ones in a clean, safe environment.
While there are many variables as we transition to new norms, we want our guests to book their beach vacation with confidence. Our current policies for rescheduling or canceling a reservation are below.
For Stays under 14 days with Arrival Dates December 2020 to April 2021
1. Deferred final payment to 30 days prior to arrival.
2. Reschedule: At least 14 days prior to arrival you can reschedule your stay for a future date within 6 months of your original stay dates. (rate increases may occur)
For Stays over 14 day Arrival Dates December 2020 - April, 2021
1. Final payment 60 days prior to arrival.
2. Reschedule: At least 30 days prior to arrival you can reschedule your stay for a future date within a 6 months of your original stay dates. (rate increases may occur)
