Surf Crest Village #12 is a beach house in a private oceanfront community in the heart of St Augustine Beach. This beach themed 2-story home has a large upper deck and lower porch, and just steps from the beach walkway. The house is comfortable and nicely furnished, with 2 living rooms (equipped with leather sofas and recliner chairs), 4 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms (1 walk-in shower, 1 tub). Cable and wireless internet are included. The first floor has a living room, bath, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a bedroom with 1 king bed. Upstairs is the 2nd living room, kitchen, and dining area, bath, and a bedroom with 1 king bed and a bedroom with 1 Queen bed. Two #12 labeled parking spaces are provided. Surf Crest Village has a secure community pool, gated walkway to the ocean, and a gazebo. The house is great for vacationers who enjoy the privacy of a beach house rental with community amenities. *No Smoking. No Pets.

Great – would stay here again!
King bed mattress was too hard
We enjoyed our stay. It allowed our family, from different states to have a place to share our lives in ways not possible with social media and phone calls. I do have a question. Why are the blue recycling containers provided? I watched as the garbage collectors threw the contents of the blue bins into the garbage truck along with general trash, all going to the landfill. I cocked my head in reflection. Maybe having the blue bins available provides a placebo to help people "feel good," thinking they
Wonderful property. Well maintained and clean. Beautiful beach decor and very open and well lit. Right across from the pool, and very short walk to the beach which was gated and very private. Kitchen has everything you may need if you plan on cooking any meals- only thing missing is a dish drainer or somewhere to let your washed dishes dry. We laid down some kitchen towels we had brought from home- unsure if house provided any kitchen towels- I did not see any but may have missed them. Overall wonderful sta
