Beautiful renovated townhome in Sea Place! Enjoy the amenities of two pools with a walkover to the beach. This 2 bedrooms 2.5 bath unit has a King, Queen, and Sleeper Sofa – sleeping 6 guests comfortably. #12230 is the perfect spot to relax without a worry in the world. Enter on the second floor to fresh decor and a bright living space. Step out on the private balcony off the living room and overlook one of the two pools in the community. Head on upstairs to a master bedroom that features a king size bed, flat screen tv. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and for additional guests there is a sleeper sofa downstairs. Located steps from our beautiful white sand beaches in Saint Augustine and a 8 minute drive to downtown, you have endless options of fun.

Perfect stay!
The master bedroom could use a chair so that you can watch television or just sit down other than using the bed. The living room couch is very uncomfortable to use for TV watching or sitting and probably for sleeping due to its age. The cushions sink down below the front edge of ii and render it not suitable for comfort. The chair in the living room, situated where it is, serves no purpose and is also not a comfortable one. Had a great time. Pool was great for the kids and easy beach access. Played tennis every day. Great views from both balconies. Perfect for our family of four!
This is a great unit and had everything we wanted. We loved everything about it. There were two small issues which really didn't bother us, but I figured I'd mention: The master shower didn't drain well and the mats toilet was very slow to fill and didn't flush well. Overall, a great experience and enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
