This beautifully updated almost like new 2 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom townhouse style condo is the perfect spot to relax without a worry in the world. Enter on the second floor to fresh decor and a bright living space. Step out on the private balcony off the living room and overlook one of the two pools in the community. Head on upstairs to a master bedroom that features a king size bed, flat screen and another private balcony that offers slight views of the Atlantic ocean. The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed and for additional guests there is a sleeper sofa downstairs. Located steps from our beautiful white sand beaches in Saint Augustine and a 8 minute drive to downtown, you have endless options of fun.

This was not my first time staying at Sea Place?and it definitely won?t be my last. The property was absolutely perfect: right on beautiful Butler Beach, clean, wonderfully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxin
We are very pleased with the condo, but maybe the living room couches could use an upgrade. Other than that we are very happy with the condo.
This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. the place was decorated beautifully. it made you feel like home instead of a vacation place. very welcoming. Just loved it.
Really great place, really enjoyed it!! Just a couple maintenance notes we thought the owner might want to know about… Low water pressure in master sink. Instructions for the beach gate were not quite clear to us. We kept trying to put the card on the gate opening somewhere. Later found out there is a card reader farther to the right of the gate opening. Coffee table in living room was a bit wobbly. Looks like it was broken at one time, then fixed with some screws. But still wobbly and not ver
Loved this rental property. Clean, modern, and enough space for 6 of us. Pool view was nice and a short walk to the ocean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Property was beautiful. Tastefully decorated and equipped with all necessities to make our stay very enjoyable. Check in was easy with key codes and parking passes. My only suggestion would have been to have a 11 am check out. It is hard to get out and clean up so early. We attended a wedding the night before so that extra hour would have been nice since our flight wasn't until 6pm.

Front door lock is tricky to operate and may need to be looked at for easier operating. Everything was excellent and a wonderful property! Thank you, Maureen
