This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath updated unit with King, Queen, Trundle and sleeper sofa sleeping 8 comfortably. The first floor features the Living / Dining Area (sitting for 6), stainless appliances, laundry room with top load washer/dryer and full bath with step in shower. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a King size bed, flat screen TV and private ocean/pool view balcony. The 2nd Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a Queen bed and Trundle feautring a flat screen tv with separate entrance option. This townhome is spacious with extra light available through the upgraded plantation shutters. There are 2 swimming pools on site – one is heated during the winter months, a fabulous gazebo overlooking the ocean, and community boardwalk to beach access. I was sent a text about my dog barking complaint. I think it was for the owner below us who had a dog barking a lot. Needless to say, I understand, dogs will be dogs as long as the owner quiets them right away.
