Located in the Oceanfront section of Ocean Villas with large patio- steps from the zero entry pool and beach boardwalk- 1300 sq ft split floor plan flat has plenty of space for 6 guests. #13 features King, Queen, 2 twins, and a sleeper sofa with enlarged patio area facing the pool. Well equipped and renovated with extra linens, keriug and regular coffee maker, kitchen ware, and additional patio for reading, sipping coffee and bike storage. Private wifi is provided. Two parking passes available. This is a gated community with tropical landscaping and all ages friendly. Dog friendly (breed restrictions) with a non refundable 0 pet fee. Additional fee for 2nd pet. Ocean Villas is the premier location for a get away to Saint Augustine Beach and within a 10 minute drive of Historic Downtown. Visit the Lighthouse and Alligator Farm within a short drive. Unit 13 is located on the 'golden mile' of Saint Augustine Beach close to Publix, mini golf, and restaurants! This community has two pools (one heated) and a repeat guest complex. This condo had everything we wanted and needed?a perfect stay! It was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. We hope to come again!
All of the beds were very uncomfortable and sheets were not clean on arrival. It was also easy to keep getting debris back in the bed because there are no rugs. The air conditioning also struggled to keep the condo at a comfortable temperature.
Beautiful unit and decor! A few minor issues with the TVs and WiFi. Some repair around sliding doors may be needed soon. Loved the patio furniture and beds were comfortable. I recommend some nonslip pads under the couch to keep it from sliding back and bl
Love this place!!! It was perfect for my family and we have 2 young grandchildren. No safety concerns which is a huge plus!!! Everyone we met was friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return again and hopefully often.
The condo was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the heated pool was a bonus on cooler days. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and bright.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villas 13! The condo was well stocked, and it was nice to be right on the beach. We enjoyed the pools, and loved how dog friendly it was! Our dogs had the best time walking on the beach. We would definitely stay again. The only thing that would have made it better would be a hot tub for the cooler days. 🙂
Wonderful location and fully stocked. Has the potential to be so much nicer with better décor and paint.
