118 is always well maintained and clean. We will be back again. You canyfind a better location to enjoy all St Augustine has to offer. I really appreciate the ample parking, and that I can bring and park my boat there.
My son and myself enjoyed no stairs to go up and down when unpacking the car. The condominium is very nice and very comfortable.
Absolutely one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The cleanliness was off the charts. Thank you, and we will be back.

Condo was perfect in every way! We have stayed in many condos at Beach and Tennis over the past 10 years. This condo was by far the best! Renovations were outstanding! Kitchen layout was great and very well stocked. Furnishings were beautiful. Showers were spacious and water pressure/temperature was outstanding! The fold up cot was perfect for my 6 year old granddaughter! Towels and linens were very nice and laundered well. Screened in porch is an awesome addition! Will definitely be reserving this
