Great house, everything you need within walking distance to downtown St. Augustine. This was our second year, plan on returning in 2026!
Great location, the house was very comfortable and very cozy, well equipped. The management company did a great job in keeping us well informed. We will rent again the same house and use Sunshine Realty company.
What a wonderful stay snd beautiful house! We lived how clean, comfortable, and accommodating with stocked kitchen and such. Loved how walkable and safe it was , rarely used the car! We are already looking forward to another stay!
We had a wonderful stay and loved this home. It was well stocked, well maintained, meticulous, and in a great spot to walk only a few blocks to the historic spots in St. Augustine. The Realty company gave us great and easy directions to enter the home and was responsive when we had questions about a late arrival.
There were a couple of issues in the master bedroom. The shower does not drain well. And you end up standing in three or 4 inch puddle of water at the end. Also, the master bedroom bathroom toilet runs continuously. It probably needs to be serviced.
Lion’s Bridge Cottage is an outstanding place to stay in Saint Augustine! Located conveniently in a transitioning neighborhood in Lincolnville, this three bedroom, two and a half bath home is the perfect place to stay while enjoying everything that Saint Augustine has to offer. As Floridians, we have been vacationing in Saint Augustine for over thirty years. We enjoyed the home and great communication with Sunshine Realty. The property was fantastic. Suggestion; save on St Augustine water bill by having maintenance rep repair all toilets. Time to replace flapper in the tank. Water running drives bill up Raise instant hot water temp setting. Not high enough for dishwasher. Would be nice if the fence gate did not have large gap open. Maybe extend width by adding extra fence board similar to the fence section on opposite side of the house.
There was not enough toilet paper. One roll per bathroom is Inadequate. The fireplace did not work. Overall had a great Experience. There is a banister loose on the stairs. Thanks to the cleaning crew.
The house was incredibly well stocked. All beds were top notch for comfort. Kitchen well supplied. Neighbors real friendly.
