This location is the best. Pool, walking distance to restaurants and beach. If you’re not familiar with the area you can drive on the beach. The house is great!
The property was awesome and perfectly suited our family's needs. The pool was FANTASTIC! And the beach access was just a short walk, which was nice. We would definitely rent this house again. We even had a couple of maintenance issues that were addressed immediately! However, one issue that needs to be addressed is ants. They were all over the pool deck and somehow managed to get into our cars parked in the driveway and the front parking area. Also, the pool service company showed up at midda

We absolutely loved our vacation to St. Augustine. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the pool was perfect for our little crew.
We enjoyed ourselves greatly and have reserved it for next year… If you could extend the date from feb 1 to feb 7, which is when my 2023 reservations starts.. I would also like you to call me or send next years pricing so i can give you a down payment… thankx
