This was our second year staying at Dune Nuttin. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to the beach. The layout is spacious and easily accommodates up to 10 people. Everything is exactly as described. Highly recommend!
We had plenty of room for our party of 5. Beds we comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. And plenty of towels. Our 4 older grand kids enjoyed the downstairs to them selves. It was nice having the pool on the property. My only suggestion would be a hand

This was our second year at this home and we loved staying there and will be returning next year The neighbours are very friendly and the neighbourhood is quiet with lots of nice people always greeting us when out for walks I like that it’s a short walk to the beach access There were only a few minor issues like the dishwasher being old and not cleaning the dishes (I’m told it’s being replaced this week) and the carpenter bees (master bedroom was missing a screen and a few bees got in but were
The propane tank for the grill on the deck was empty- completely. We paid for it to be filled and swapped out. The can opener in the kitchen was completely useless. We also bought a new one and left it at the property. The property was well maintained and clean. It would be good to have a full length mirror in the house as there wasn't one. Additionally having a kerig machine for that many people is not ideal. A 14 cup coffee pot would have been better.
Not having access to the garage was inconvenient. The house is not equipped for small kids, it would be nice to have a gate available for the steps. Also the only available tv access was through streaming, instructions for this would be very helpful.
This property was great. I would stay here again and again. We absolutely loved the house. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed rooms were very nice. Bathrooms were great. Pool area well maintained. I highly recommend the house and realty company. Wonderful experience. Really enjoyed. Thank you.
