Just Coasting is an amazing 5 bedroom 4.5 bath ocean view home is on the non driving section of beautiful St Augustine Beach. Once you enter this home it embraces you with a feeling of the beach. The first floor has a large living area, perfect for entertaining, a full bath, and games the whole family will enjoy. Pass through the back door (or garage doors) and enter your own outside oasis. Head up the interior staircase to the heart of this home. Once you arrive on the second floor you will see that this was designed for entertaining. The large open living room, dining area and an over sized kitchen are just what you need to kick back and relax or entertain your family. There is a large covered porch on this floor with peaks of the ocean. There are also the master bedroom on this floor with a King bed and private full bathroom. Head up the staircase and be greeted by 4 more bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is on this floor has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd has a Queen and the 4th has 2 Twins. Absolutely gorgeous beach house. Very close to the beach! Some of the floor boards are getting loose and the showers on the top floor had low water pressure. However, these were minor things. Overall we had a fantastic time! Our large party enjoyed the bi

One upstairs bathroom had low water pressure and shower did not work. Sink in basement bathroom was clogged. Beds – except for one with topper – were uncomfortable, hard and saggy.
Great location, spacious house! Walls could use a paint-touch-up. Would stay here again and would recommend for larger or multi-families.

We love Just Coasting! We are trying a new property next year but only because we want to try ocean front. Can?t wait to be back here some year soon.
The property is definitely in need of some upgrades. The furniture is soiled and the towel bar upstairs was falling off the wall as was the TP holder on the main floor bathroom by the washer/dryer. Location is good though.
We have stayed at the same property, hosted by Sunshine Realty, 4 consecutive years and plan to do so for many more. The Sunshine Realty staff could not be more accommodating and always handle any issue (ie. Intercepting packages delivered early, etc.) a
