Bring your family to this charming beachside home! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, one car garage home sleeps 5 people comfortably. The primary bedroom has a King size bed, smart Roku TV and the attached primary bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and smart Roku TV and the 3rd has a Twin. The living room has access to the screened porch and a wall mounted smart Roku TV (no cable at this property) – This home has a luscious fenced in yard and is situated in a residential neighborhood that has all of the amenities of condo living! Sea place has 2 pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a clubhouse, and a private beach access walkway. The TV's are all smart/ Streaming TV's with no cable. The home is located close to restaurants, shopping, and the historical downtown Saint Augustine area. Pets considered with non refundable pet fee.

Love this house and the location. Was able to walk to the beach, community pool and just a short drive to town
We loved the property. There was a problem with the pantry door, it kept coming off the track. I probably should have reported it earlier in the week. Not sure what we are planning for next summer, but if we decide on the beach again, we will contact you.
Enjoyed our stay at 1717. Great place for our family of 4. Comfortable bedding, and only a 10 min walk to the beach.
An additional table lamp or floor lamp for main living area would be nice. We love this villa. It’s close to beach, has tennis courts, close to shopping, and just down the beach from out relatives. Most importantly, allows us to bring our dog!
